Department of Actuarial Science and Insurance Senior Lecturer (Actuarial Science Unit) A candidate for this post should normally possess a good first degree and a doctorate degree in Actuarial Science or related areas: Actuarial and Risk Modeling, Valuation, Pensions, Life and Health Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management and Actuarial Statistic and Mortality from a recognized University with at least five (5) years of teaching and research experience since becoming a Lecturer II in a University or comparable institution of higher learning. Candidate must possess evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals and ability to supervise post- graduate students including doctorate students in areas of expertise. Candidate must have been a Lecturer I for a minimum of three years. Professional qualification in Actuarial Science recognized by IAA will be an added advantage

Salary Range:
CONUASS 5 (N1,653,415.00 – N2,348,299.00) per annum.
